2022 COVID 19 updates:

Please note that COVID -19 has had many impacts on the way in which RIDE 16 (Racer Creative Inc.) and our key partners now deliver aspects of our rides and services. We plan our trips based on the current rules and restrictions around COVID 19 travel.  Ride 16 is not responsible for sudden changes brought on by restrictions made by the local or international governments. We will do our best to adapt to any changes and restrictions by quickly adapting our itineraries where possible. However, we are not responsible and will not offer any refunds due to such circumstances, for this reason, we strongly recommend travel insurance.

Weather, Forest fires and natural disasters.

Ride 16 does not offer refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions which are out of our control, these include floods, forest fires. Our guides and tour managers will do our best to change routes and re-book hotels where possible. But we can’t guarantee those changes.  For this reason, we strongly recommend travel insurance.

Ferry Cancellation Policy

We use ferry travel as part of the adventure. If the ferries are fully canceled, we will make a decision as a group to re-route. Some costs may need to be passed on to you as a guest. For this reason, we strongly recommend travel insurance.
